Here is a fun fact. Did you know that your nails act as an indicator of your overall health? The colour, texture and shape of the nails reflect the general health of an individual. For many of us, our natural nails are not as strong as we would like them to be – they feel weak and brittle. If you're not taking care of your nails on a daily basis, during simple day-to-day tasks, it is quite easy for them to get weak.
